In our continuing efforts to keep your accounts secure, we’ve improved our alert system for potential debit card fraud. Here’s how it works:
- When potential fraud is detected, you will receive a text alert immediately from Bath State Bank, with the option to reply with V for Valid or F for Fraud.
- Five minutes after the text alert if no response is received an email will be sent out.
- If there is no response received from you, five minutes after the email you will receive a phone call to confirm or deny fraud. The call will also give you the option of speaking to a fraud analyst.
Remember – our messages will never ask for your PIN or account number.
